Browne's offset baker's spatulas are a staple in bakeries, and are versatile enough to be used in many other types of commercial kitchens as well. They're perfect for frosting brownies, icing or decorating cakes, filling layers, buttering bread, and more.

The ergonomic, angled blade makes smoothing surfaces easy and comfortable. The handle is constructed of hardwood with rivets and the blade is tempered stainless steel, making for great quality and durability that allows these tools to easily withstand commercial use.

These offset spatulas are available in three sizes: 4.5 inches, 6 inches, and 10 inches. These different sizes allow use for different-sized products. If you’re spreading icing on a large sheet of brownies, the 10” would be best. But if you’re icing a smaller cake or doing detail work like flowers, you would be best with a 6” or a 4.5”.

Most bakeries prefer having two or three offset spatulas on hand so there’s always a clean one ready to use. We also carry baker's spatulas, which are very similar to these, but with a blade that extends straight out from the handle. If you’re looking to ice the sides of cakes or decorating cakes, these may be what you’re looking for.
