Vollrath's CBGHD-18 is a commercial-grade, gas-powered, countertop charbroiler, measuring 18 inches across. It features 3 stainless steel burners with a combined output of 60,000 BTU per hour. It's a great addition for restaurants, diners, steakhouses, coffee shops, and more.

The unit has a reversible grill plate, one side features narrow surfaces with channels to disperse excess fat and also diminish smoke and flames; the other side has a wider and flatter surface, better for more delicate options such as fish. The charbroiler's metal knobs come with a lifetime warranty. There's a 4.3-inch-high backsplash with tapered side splashes. There are also adjustable legs, which range from 4 to 5.5 inches.
