When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A commercial-quality cotton/synthetic dust mop head, available in 4 sizes
This commercial dust mop head from Globe Commercial Products is the Power Twist. It has green yarn with looped ends on the bottom and synthetic backing with a slot pocket. It's available in 4 widths: 24 inches with orange backing, 36 inches with yellow backing, 42 inches with red backing, and 48 inches with blue backing.
Its twisted yarn has a cotton/synthetic blend make, so it won't unravel or fray. It has electromagnetically-charged microfibre loops to pick up dirt, dust and other debris without using any water or cleaning liquid. These features make for a durable, efficient mop head that can be used constantly without wearing out.
These mop heads come in different colours. This allows each mop to have a designated area of use, which is a common practice in commercial buildings. For example, red could be front of house, green could be washrooms, and blue could be for the kitchen.
