Unox's SPEED.Pro is a combination between a standard convection oven and a speed baking oven, for the best of both worlds in one appliance. Featuring a baking capacity of 3 half-size sheet pans (13 inches by 18 inches) and a speed capacity of 1 half-size sheet pan, the SPEED.Pro has hundreds of pre-programmed options for you to choose from.

The oven has triple cooking styles: convection for exterior browning, microwave for interior heating, and conduction for crusty toasting. With the double-speed fan and its even air circulation, you can bake 3 tray-sized pizzas in 18 minutes, 27 croissants in 18, or 36 Danish pastries in 20.

Meanwhile the speed mode can prep 250 grams of chicken wings in 110 seconds or 250 grams of lasagna in just 100. The MULTI.Speed feature allows you to prepare up to 4 separate portions at once, even if they're loaded one at a time. The ADAPTIVE.Cooking feature automatically adjusts the oven's settings to accommodate whenever you open the door to prevent heat loss and reduce waiting times.

Along with built-in Wi-Fi, USB port, touch screen control, and LED interior lighting, the SPEED.Pro comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty. It also includes 3 of Unox's TG305s - 13- by 18-inch aluminum baking trays, plus 1 TG360 SPEED.Plate - a 13- by 18-inch non-stick dual-sided aluminum baking tray, which has one flat side and one ribbed side.

Compatible Unox spray detergent is also available.
