Vollrath's GGMDT-24 is a commercial-grade gas-powered griddle with thermostatic controls, measuring 24 inches across. It features 2 custom, stainless steel U-shaped burners with a combined output of 56,000 BTU per hour. It's a great addition for restaurants, diners, steakhouses, coffee shops, and more.

Each 12 inches in width has an independently-controlled heating zone. The unit's metal knobs come with a lifetime warranty. The griddle plate is 3/4-inch-thick polished steel with a 2.75-inch-high backsplash with sloped sides. It has adjustable legs, which range from 4 to 5.5 inches.
