Crown's EPX is a countertop steamer with electrically-heated, boiler-free steam generation. Connectionless with no plumbing required, these units are made of 304 stainless steel with a one-piece welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners, all sitting on 4" legs. All of Crown's steam systems are NSF approved.
This model is available with 3- or 5-pan capacity and is Energy Star-compliant.
