Crown's GSX-HE is available in three sizes: 7-pan, 10-pan, and 16-pan capacities. These will fit pans that are 12" x 20" x 2.5". This convection steamer is available with electric power, natural gas, or liquid propane and comes on a 23" cabinet base. This unit has been designed for higher efficiency and performance.
Crown has created a high-quality control panel with a 60-minute timer, buzzer, cook/ready light, and power switch. It has a high-quality stainless steel exterior and interior. It comes standard with an external de-liming port and heavy-duty doors and latch mechanisms.
