Crown's SX is a countertop steamer with electrically-heated steam generation. It is designed with a narrow design to fit into smaller spaces and is available with 3- or 5-pan capacity.
Auto-fill and either auto or manual drain, these units are made of satin finish 304 stainless steel with a one-piece welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners, all sitting on 4" legs. All of Crown's steam systems are NSF approved.
