Crown's SXN-4 and SXN-4M are 4-pan countertop steamers with electrically-heated steam generation. They are designed with a narrow design to fit into smaller spaces.
Auto-fill and either auto or manual drain, these units are made of 304 stainless steel with a one-piece, welded, 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners, all sitting on 4" legs. All of Crown's steam systems are NSF approved.
