The Scotsman MC0330 is a 30” modular cube ice machine with 400 lb. of daily ice production. It can be air-cooled or water-cooled (water-cooled units produce 420 lb. of ice daily). This machine is a part of the Scotsman Prodigy Elite series—a revamped version of the Prodigy Plus series, which features real-time diagnostics via the ICELINQ app, upgraded sensors that enhance cleanability and durability, and a preservation mode that maximizes uptime and notifies users of potential issues. The air-cooled medium cube size configuration (MC0330MA-32) can come in two different configurations: 115 volts or 208/230 volts.

This ice machine makes half or full-sized, medium cubes. The official dimensions for these half-sized cubes are .9” x .9” x .4”, and the official dimensions for the full-sized cubes are .9” x .9” x .9”. Cube ice is the classic ice shape; they’re perfect for cooling mixed or carbonated drinks. Cube ice is also used in ice displays and a variety of other foodservice operations.
