That's why you'll find them in most stores in Canada where food is sold. Almost all of these have open cases, but a few have doors on them. These are perfect for convenience stores, grocery stores, gas stations, and more — any establishment that wants to have a grab and go refrigerated display case where customers can quickly access your goods. \n\u003cdiv class=\"read-more-text\"\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOne consideration to make before your purchase is the placement of your merchandiser: you’ll not only want to measure out the space for your merchandiser, but you’ll also want to keep it away from direct sunlight (ideally), away from doors, and away from HVAC registers. These can keep your merchandiser from refrigerating at its optimum level. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThere are two major designs for these grab n go cases: low profile, and high profile. A low profile merchandiser is great for a bakery or a deli: you can put in sandwiches and drinks (anything that is supposed to be an impulse purchase). \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe second design is a high profile: These open air coolers are much higher (about six feet depending on what model you buy). Very often you’ll find these next to other refrigeration equipment, like \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/ifoodequipment.ca\/collections\/merchandiser-refrigerator-display-cooler\"\u003edisplay refrigerators\u003c\/a\u003e or \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/ifoodequipment.ca\/collections\/merchandising-glass-door-freezer-display\"\u003edisplay freezers\u003c\/a\u003e, but they can also stand alone by themselves.
