A dishwasher-safe stainless steel whipper for both hot and cold applications

The Gourmet Whip from iSi is a commercial-quality whipper that can be used for both hot and cold applications such as sauces, desserts, whipped soups, whipped cream, and more. This product is made in Austria and is a great tool for cafés, restaurants, and other commercial eating establishments.

This model takes 1 iSi Cream Charger and is available with 2 capacities: 0.5 litres and 1 litre. The whipper's head has a protective silicone grip and a fixed stainless steel valve, which makes for always-easy dispensing and also safe dispensing while it's hot. The silicone gasket is heat-resistant with a removal tab for convenient and easy cleaning.

The included contents are: a brushed stainless steel bottle, stainless head, red silicone gasket, 2 red plastic tips (stainless threads), stainless tip, red silicone covered stainless charger holder, cleaning brush, and dust cover.

The Gourmet Whip is dishwasher-safe, NSF-certified, and meets HACCP requirements. It also comes with a 2-year warranty.
