Fits with 1/2-size steam pans
Browne's steam pan covers are designed to fit any 1/2 size hotel pans and help prevent seepage or spills during transport. They also help prevent cross-contamination and keep a more stable temperature within the pan than if it were open. There are 2 options available: a solid and a notched model, the latter being useful for allowing a serving spoon to rest in the hotel pan while it is covered. They have a 24 gauge 304 stainless steel construction and are NSF Listed.
Hotel pans, also known as insert pans, food pans, or steam table pans, are versatile containers for many areas of food service. They are popular in casinos and other large buffets as inserts for chafing dishes, but they also have other uses. They can be used for cold storage or ingredient containers in a prep table.
