The American Range AF-50HE is a gas-powered professional floor fryer with a 50-pound oil capacity. It has an energy efficient burner of 75,000 BTU per hour. It's made in the USA, Energy Star-certified, and available with natural gas or liquid propane. It comes with 4-inch legs, casters are optional.
The front, sides, and tank are stainless steel. Thermostatic controls have a temperature range of 200º to 400º Fahrenheit (93° to 204° Celsius). It has a millivolt control system with 100% safety shut-off as well as a 1.25-inch full port drain valve for easy cleaning.
This product comes with a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
