The American Range AF-75 is a gas-powered professional floor fryer with a 65-80 lb oil capacity. The exterior is all stainless-steel as well as the basket hanger/flue riser. The removeable basket hanger accommodates two large baskets, which are included as well as a basket support screen. Thermostatic controls adjust from 200º to 400ºF (93º-204ºC), and the whole unit sits on 6" chrome-plated adjustable legs.
This fryer has been designed and built in the USA to suit demanding everyday needs and extreme operating periods. The vessel tank design holds a deeper oil level for larger food products. A significant cool zone prevents trapped food particle carbonization while extending oil life, and a front-slanted vessel bottom allows for quick and easy oil draining.
