This Browne Elements brazier features a stainless steel construction with a 4mm-thick Tri-Ply base, providing a more even heat distribution. It includes a dome-style cover, which helps retain heat and improves self-basting. It has extra-wide riveted handles, which work well with oven mitts. This brazier is available in 2 capacities: 15 and 20 quarts.
