Cambro's clear polycarbonate containers are great for any commercial kitchen from bakeries to restaurants to more. They have both metric and imperial measurements (quarts and litres) listed on the side of each container so you always know how much product you have. This container is available in 7 capacities: 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 18, and 22 quarts.

Polycarbonate containers are made for dry or wet contents, which makes them great for spices, ingredients, fruits, sauces, vegetables, and more. They can also withstand temperatures of -40° to 99° Celsius (-40° to 210° Fahrenheit). If you just want to store dry ingredients, though, we recommend trying our polypropylene food containers. These are great for flour, sugar, rice, and pancake mixes.

The containers come with a 2-year pro-rated warranty. Covers are not included but are available for separate purchase.
