A 20-quart planetary mixer with 1/2 HP

The HL200 is part of Hobart's Legacy+ series, and features a maximum, heavy-duty motor with a gear-driven transmission, for years of trouble-free, consistent use. It has a fixed-speed motor with an output of 0.5 horsepower. It has 4 speeds including stir speed (33, 61, 113, 207 attachment RPM). This product has a 1-year limited warranty, and is cULus and NSF certified.

It is available with 4 different voltages: 100-120, 115, 200-240, and 208-240. Some options come with these accessories: stainless steel bowl, aluminum "B" beater, stainless steel "D" wire whip, and aluminum "ED" dough hook. The HL200-1STD is for countertop use, the other options are floor models. See chart below. Several other compatible accessories are also available for the Legacy Series.

The PLUS Series' features include variable frequency drive, max capacity overheat protection, and reinforced planetary shaft system. The speed can be changed safely while the motor is operating and this mixer has a 15-minute smart timer, meaning automatic recall of speed and time.

The HL200 has large, easy to reach controls and an ergonomic-style, manually-operated bowl lift, which smoothly moves the bowl into the mixing position. The machine comes with a front-mounted Hobart standard #12 taper attachment hub. It has a metallic grey hybrid powder coat finish and has a removable stainless steel bowl guard, which can removed without tools and is dishwasher safe.
