This is an official Hobart brand bowl scraper attachment for mixers. There is at least one option for each Legacy+ model: the HL120, HL200, HL300, HL400, HL600, HL662, HL800, and HL1400.
A bowl scraper is a agitator that does exactly as its name says - it scrapes the sides of the bowl during operation in conjunction with a "B" flat beater or wire whip for the production of dough and batters. It's recommended to use the mixer's first or second speeds with this bowl scraper attachment. This product has a solid, built-to-last stainless steel arm and a urethane elastomer scraper.
