The Robot Coupe R2N is a combination of a cutter bowl and a vegetable preparation machine -- all on the same sturdy motor base. It has a powerful 1 horsepower motor, with a single speed of 1,725 RPM (plus a pulse switch) and it comes with one slicing disc, one grating disc, and a smooth "S" blade.

You're able to order this machine in three different models: the R2N, the R2N CLR, or the R2N Ultra. These models are exactly the same, except for the material of their bowl: it can come in gray ABS, clear poly-carbonate, or stainless steel.

This machine has been designed specifically for restaurants, caterers, schools, and more. You'll be able to prepare around 850 servings in three hours or less. Plus, because there are 23 compatible discs for this machine, you're going to be able to slice, julienne, ripple cut, or grate just about anything.
