Vollrath's HPG2-12 is a commercial-quality, countertop, gas-powered hot plate with a 12-inch width. It features 2 burners and an hourly output of 52,000 BTU. Hot plates are great appliances for restaurants, coffee shops, steakhouses, and more.
This hot plate's metal control knobs come with a lifetime guarantee and its construction is welded stainless and aluminized steel and the grates are cast iron. There are also adjustable legs, which range from 4 to 5.5 inches. A stainless steel drip tray is included.
The HPG2-12 ships ready for natural gas, and a liquid propane conversion kit is included. This product comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
