Commercial Hot Plates

Hot plates come with a various number of burners, and different shapes and sizes to fit your needs. They can come with anywhere from 1 to 8 burners, usually 2 for every 12 inches of width. Some units come with a tiered, or "step up" design in which the back burners are higher than the front ones for easier access to the back.
